Through scenic vineyard hikes, intimate tastings and a musical evening where boundaries melt, our sommeliers guide you into a world of depth, resonance and terroir.

Vineyard hike with Silvia – from vine to glass
Together with our sommelier Silvia, we hike the Wine Trail – uphill from Bolzano to Signat, passing old farmsteads and the striking Ritten earth pyramids. Around 700 metres of altitude through vineyards and views that shape the wine itself. A trail that challenges – and rewards.
After a scenic break, we take the historic Ritten Railway back down to Bolzano. There, a special finale awaits: an exclusive tasting at Ansitz Waldgries, one of South Tyrol’s most renowned estates. A place where design meets tradition, and every glass tells a story of origin, soil and time.
